BNNSPEAG has already commenced testing of SAR for body worn devices as per the international standards (IEC 62209-1 & IEEE 1528). The measurements in the lab are currently in accordance with national / international standards. Download Flyer

SAR Testing
BNNSPEAG is now accredited with National Accreditation Board for Testing & Calibration Laboratories, India (NABL) for SAR measurements of Mobile Phones as per ISO 17025. BNNSPEAG is the first SAR laboratory accredited by NABL for SAR testing of Mobile devices in india. The Accreditation is effective from 15 Apr 2013 and has been renewed upto 14 Apr 2024. Under ILAC arrangement, and being a 17025 accredited laboratory, the laboratory is authorised to perform testing and certification of telecom products with regards to SAR measurements/testing for TEC certification as well.
Calibration
BNNSPEAG is accredited with National Accreditation Board in India for Testing & Calibration Laboratories, India (NABL) for
(a) Calibration of EMC Probes, Radio Electric/ Electromagnetic Field Hazard Meters and Warning meters and Warning indicators. BNN has already completed calibration of over 150 instruments since inception.
(b) Calibration of Spectrum Analysers, Signal Generators, GNSS generators, Attenuators, Receivers (upto 18GHz).
(c) Calibration of EMC Antennae namely Log Periodic Dipole Array (LPDA), Biconical, Bi-Log, Horn from frequency range 30 MHz-18 GHz at its newly commisioned Open Area Test Site (OATs) at Village Mehmoodpur, Loni, Ghaziabad.
(d) Calibration of Loop Antennae, Monopole Antennae at the laboratory in Delhi NCR
